Each sound session has a unique intention and energetic resonance.
Each can be played to support a 10-20 minute break in your day, or can be experienced with the intention to recalibrate energies in the specific area harnessed in the session.
Enjoy these sessions lying down, with headphones on, not through speakers.
Simply wear warm clothes, apply essential oils if you have them, settle into a comfortable relaxation position, close your eyes, and immerse yourself in the sounds.
Release any expectation of outcome, and relax into the experience – it may be different every time you listen. The resonance will always go where it is needed so relax, release and allow.
